This thought has got me through a lot.
I always assume if good things happen to good people (a deep-seated belief of mine), then if bad things happen to me, I must be doing/have done something bad.
When I’m at my lowest I remind myself, “Hey man, you’re actually a pretty decent dude. Just keep being a good guy…good results will follow.”
Everything seems to balance out for me.
